Wayne Alaniz
Healy was raised in East Los Angeles where he continues to live
and paint. Healy is a founding member of one of the first 1970's
muralist groups, the East Los Streetscapers. He and fellow founder,
David Botello, painted their first mural together-dinosaurs-in
third-grade art class. The artist and the Streetscapers have
recently moved into multimedia work such as sculpture and tilemaking.
